Products To Be Shipped In Equipment Supplied By Seller
PRODUCTS TO BE SHIPPED IN EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED BY SELLER
Seller agrees, at its option, to ship products sold under this contract in equipment supplied by seller and buyer agrees to accept shipments made in such equipment. Buyer agrees to use all reasonable efforts to unload the equipment as promptly as possible and further agrees that demurrage and other similar charges assessed by a carrier are for the account of the buyer where such charges are a result of the buyer holding the equipment longer than the period allowed.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
